Whether it's the bottle of wine, s'mores kit, stocked coffee station or, the kid's favorite, the waffle bar, guests LOVE and remember these extra touches.

MAINTENANCE & TURNOVER

To put it bluntly, we have high standards when it comes to cleanliness and attention to detail. Our turnover process is set up so no detail is missed. We also do routine inventory checks to make sure your house is fully stocked with all the listed amenities for each guest. On the maintenance side we handle everything from having the lawn mowed to snow plowing.

COVERAGE

We use Safely for damage protection and liability coverage. If towels get ruined or something breaks, we don't want to charge the guest and risk a bad review and we don't want you to have to replace it either. Photos are incredibly important, we work with great photographers to photograph your home and are on site the day of the shoot to stage it and capture those perfect shots. Having great photos is critical online. We set your home up so it's set up so it's guest ready and get all the right photos to maximize the appeal of your property online and make your property stand out from the rest.

REPORTING

Our channel management software provides detailed monthly and annual reporting to our owners so you get a detailed snapshot of your properties performance and revenues. We also provide a bi-annual review of your property and the top properties in the area so you know where your property stands in comparison to the competition.

SET UP

We view our relationship as a partnership with two goals, to take care of your home and take care of your guests. Because of this, we invest ourselves up front in the technology to do that. We pay for and install the Ring doorbell system to ensure safety and guest screening is upheld throughout the duration of the stay.
